HOW DO I PROVIDE MYSELF WITH AN ACCESS TO THE #AFO51 PROGRAMME?
An option of accreditation free of charge, which will provide you with an access to the AFO51 programme will be launched on Monday, 4 April 2016, on the website www.afo.cz. In addition to the accreditation card, you can also buy the AFO51 catalogue, limited edition of the festival t-shirt and the priority seat reservation in a hall. All will be provided to you the day before the start of the festival on Monday, 18 April 2016, in the festival centre in Konvikt (Univerzitní 3). As soon as on Monday, 19 April, free accreditations can be picked up (or just signed up) as well in Metropol cinema or interactive science museum of Fortress of Knowledge. As a bonus to any kind of accreditation, you will automatically receive discounts and benefits from our partners who are part of the Bonus Programme AFO51. HOW CAN I PROVIDE MYSELF WITH THE OPTION OF RESERVATION?
For a one-time fee of CZK 250, you will get an access to the reservation system. The payment is made via the GoPay payment getaway during the accreditation process. As the result, you will be able to make seat reservations on selected screenings and lectures. All of this in the Programme section on the website www.afo.cz. The number of reservations is limited to 4 shows a day and is valid for one person only. From Tuesday, 19 April, it will be possible to buy the priority seat reservation during the accreditation in the festival centre. In such a case, you can pay the amount also in cash in the festival shop in Konvikt’s atrium. However, we recommend that you purchase your priority seat reservation ahead of time as the capacity of reservation system is limited as well.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION TO THE SHOW?
The reservation system will be launched after the festival programme is released on Monday, 4 April 2016. After you log in on the website www.afo.cz you will be able to manage your reservations in the Programme section. After logging in the reservation system you will enter your email and password when making a seat reservation. You will choose your email and password when filling out the accreditation form. The summary information including your data will be sent to you by email after the receipt of payment. Access to the reservation system will be granted only to accredited visitors whose payment has been recorded.
HOW DOES THE ENTRY TO THE SHOW WITH A RESERVATION LOOK LIKE?
Reservation made will be registered on an individual accreditation card with your name and barcode on it. Before each projection hall, the special counter for registered visitors will be prepared. In order to make the remaining seats available for other visitors, reservations will be closed 5 minutes before the start of the programme. As reservations do not include a specific seat number we recommend you to arrive ahead of time in case you want to sit together with your friends. You will be not allowed to hold a place for other people.
WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO BUY A SEAT RESERVATION ADDITIONALLY DURING THE FESTIVAL?
Yes, it will be. However, it is necessary to get accredited via the form on the website www.afo.cz again and to enter an alternative email address. Eventually, you can contact the head of accreditation at firstname.lastname@example.org with the request of erasing your original accreditation.
WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF PROJECTION HALLS?
The capacity of all projection halls is available on the festival website in the Festival Venues section. In the Programme section, you can find out how many free seats there are left for a reservation. Please note that reservations will never fulfil the whole capacity of a hall. Corridors will be prepared for visitors without the access to the registration system enabling them to wait until all of the reservation entries are finished.
WILL ACCREDITATIONS WITH RESERVATIONS BE TRANSFERABLE?
Yes, accreditation cards will be transferable. Identities will be checked only when picking up the accreditation card. In order to check your identity an email address will be needed. In the case of accreditation with the possibility of seat reservation, the password chosen by you will be needed as well. In case, you will get accredited to AFO51 but you cannot attend the festival, you can delegate your card to another person. However, with the request, it is necessary to contact the head of accreditation - email@example.com.
WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ACCREDITATION?
All types of accreditation can be picked up as soon as on Monday, 18 April, from 10 a.m. on the ground floor of the Art Centre of PU in Konvikt (Univerzitní 3, Olomouc). We recommend that you pick up your accreditation in advance before your first performance. Accreditations with the reservation option or bought merchandising (t-shirt or catalogue) will be issued only in AC PU in Konvikt. Accreditation free of charge can be registered and picked up also in Metropol cinema and Fortress of Knowledge.

To all accredited visitors partner shops, businesses and institutions provide sales and benefits within the AFO51 Bonus Programme. The list of the partners and offers they provide can be found on the festival website www.afo.cz in the Bonus Programme section. To use the bonuses the accreditation card is needed.
CATALOGUE, T-SHIRTS, BAGS!
Together with accreditation, every visitor receives printed festival programme for free. Within the online accreditation, you can purchase the catalogue for a discounted price (until Monday, 18 April) or limited edition of festival t-shirts in preferred size (until sold out). Things purchased will be handed over together with the accreditation card on the ground floor of the Art Centre of PU from Monday, 18 April. Catalogue and other promotional materials can be purchased while stocks last also in the festival shop (Atrium AC PU Konvikt, Univerzitní 3) for the duration of the festival.
